A lab app stores your numbers. Equil explains and tracks them.
Most blood test apps just store a PDF. Equil reads the same lab report, but keeps going: it extracts each biomarker, explains it in plain words, tracks it over time and connects it to your glucose, sleep and training, in real time.
Storing is a filing cabinet.
A lab app is a place to keep numbers you already have. Useful, honest and fully passive. Watch the same lab report through two apps:
Seven signals, one decision at a time.
HRV, glucose, sleep, sweat, training load, cycle phase, and weather in one model, read every 60 seconds.
Spike defense, not reports
Equil sees the rise before the crash and gives the smallest, best-timed move. No CGM required.
Macros that move with you
Targets rebalance after every workout and every snack, not frozen at onboarding.
A bad night rewrites today
Slept five hours with HRV down? The heavy lift becomes Zone 2, automatically.
Sweat and weather, calibrated
Hot day plus a long run becomes a real target, not a generic reminder.
Bring your own program
Drop in a coach's PDF, a screenshot, or a photo. Equil parses it, then adapts it daily.
Reads your blood test
Import a lab report. Equil pulls your biomarkers, tracks them, and tells you what each one is.
Add your blood test. Equil reads it.
This is exactly what most apps skip. Photograph your lab report and Equil turns a wall of numbers into something you actually understand and track over time.
Snap the report
Import a blood test as a PDF or a photo. Cholesterol panel, vitamins, iron, thyroid, anything printed on the page.
Equil extracts the values
It reads each biomarker, its unit, and the reference range, then files them on a chart you can follow month to month.
Plain-language meaning
Equil tells you what each marker is and whether it sits inside its range. It tracks, it does not diagnose, so you always bring results to your doctor.
Same report. A different job entirely.
Both hold your numbers. Only one explains them and acts.

Is a folder of PDFs enough for you?
Sometimes, yes, and that is fine.
If all you want is a place to store your lab PDFs and read the raw numbers yourself, a clean, simple lab app does that job well and there is no reason to switch. Many people are happy just keeping the files in one place.
Equil is for the next step. When raw numbers are not enough and you want the system to explain them, track trends, connect them to your glucose and sleep and coach you on your wrist, that is the line we sit on.
